Which payment method can I use?
We accept payment through Paypal and all major credit cards.

Pricing and Currency?
All prices shown are in UK Sterling (£) and include UK VAT. Unfortunately we only accept payment in UK Sterling (£)

What are the delivery charges and how will my item be sent?
Postage & Packaging will be charged at a standard rate of £10.00 per order.
Orders over £200.00 will receive free Post & Packing
Orders will be sent by courier – these couriers will include, but not limited to; Evri, DHL, Fedex, UPS, DPD, Parcelforce.
We aim to ship an order within 4 working days.

Can I collect my order from the Sanders Sails Office?
Yes, you are welcome to collect from the Sanders Sails Office – Bath Road, Lymington, SO41 3RU. You will receive an email letting you know when it is ready for collection.

Do you Ship Abroad?
Sadly we are unable to ship abroad through our online shop. However, if you see an item/s that you would like and the shipment delivery is abroad, please email: [email protected] as we would be very happy to offer assistance and discuss options with regards to ‘abroad’ shipping fees. You can then place an order directly with us once P&P fee’s to your destination has been ascertained.

Changing an Order / Cancelling an Order / Refunds

Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, after placing an order, it is not possible to change or modify an order online. However, if you selected the wrong size/colour/item and the order has not been shipped / collected, we can amend the order – please contact the Sanders Office on: 01590 673981 or email [email protected] and we will do our best to amend the order – subject to stock availability.

How can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we currently do not have any ‘online’ cancellation facilities. If you would like to cancel the order before the shipment/collection, please contact the Sanders Sails Office on: 01590 673 981 or email: [email protected] and we can arrange the cancellation / refund.
Should you have received the item and wish to have are return the item for a refund – please see the below policy.

Returning an item

How do I return an item?
Please contact the Sanders Sails Office by email: [email protected] to let them know which items from your order you are returning. Returns can be made up to 30 days from the date of the order.
Please return items unworn / un-used and in their original packaging.
Please note that you are responsible for any postage expenses to return the item. You are welcome to drop off any returns to our office in Lymington: Bath Road, Lymington, SO41 3RU
Once the returned items have been received and checked, a refund will be made to the same payment method within 7 working days.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any ‘bespoke’ or ‘personalised’ returned items.  No refund can be given to items that have been custom made or altered.

General Questions

Are all Sanders Sails items always in stock?
We work very hard to keep our stock levels on the website up to date. If an item is ‘out of stock’ on our website. Please email: [email protected] and one of the team will reply with an update as to the requested ‘out of stock’ item and when we will be receiving stock.

Are all Sizing accurate?
Our branded clothing items are from Musto, Helly Hansen or Stanley Stella, sizing can be found on their individual websites. With regards to our sail bags – these are all hand made here in Lymington and we strive to be as close to the nearest ‘cm’ accurate to the measurements displayed on our shop page.

Can I order sails or canvas work through your online shop?
