We have invested £125k in a sail cutting bed, enabling all facets of the production to be completed in-house. The 14-metre cutting table features a laser gantry for cutting woven Polyester and Nylon materials and a blade gantry for cutting all specialist materials, such as Vectran and Carbon.
This major investment ensures that we remain leaders in our field, and unlike our many competitors, can cut race winning sails in-house with a higher degree of quality control.
