Sanders Sails have invested heavily in the software required for us to create the fastest sails. This includes the use of SMAR Azure’s integrated CAD platform, which enables us to design our own load path membrane sails and to shape our radial sail to micro millimetre accuracy. Our racing sails are available in membrane, panelled laminates and performance woven cloths, so you can be sure we can build a sail to suit you, your yacht and your budget.
With extensive experience in club, regatta and offshore racing; Sanders have built a reputation of excellence and this has been shown across a variety of results over recent years.
Performance Woven
Sanders woven cross cut sails are built with the best quality premium Dacron’s. Using fabrics made with a tightly woven, high tenacity yarn and built in UV protection properties, given you greatly improved durability with your sail.
Laminates
Offering a variety of the highest fibre yarns, including Carbon, Kevlar and Technora; Sanders are able to offer the best of both crosscut and radial laminates.
Membrane
Using our in-house design software, we can construct a bespoke sail using the highest quality yarns to suit your boat. With film and taffeta options, we have the ability to customise your needs – be it more durability or just outright lightweight performance.
