Cruising Headsails
Designed and built in our Lymington loft, Sanders cruising headsails are about easy trim, quiet furls and long service life. We use advanced 3D design (SMAR Azure CAD) and precise measuring to model flying shapes, control draft and place structure where it counts, so your genoa or jib stays balanced across the wind range, reefs cleanly and looks after your autopilot and crew. As standard, every cruising headsail includes tell-tales, with UV and luff padding options allowing for improved furling and longevity.
Endurance Wovens
Our Endurance Woven headsails use premium polyester fabrics – optionally upgraded with Vectron yarns for lower stretch and excellent creep resistance, delivering classic longevity with a soft, forgiving hand. Choose crosscut for value and straightforward servicing worldwide, or radial layouts to enhance shape retention. UV- and chafe-resistant, easy to reef and simple to mend in any port, these are the reliable choice for coastal to extended cruising.

Durable Laminates
For sailors who want extra stability with calm, furl-friendly handling, our Durable Laminates pair high-modulus fibre layouts and tri-radial engineering with double and single taffeta skins. The result is low stretch and crisp control wrapped in a tough, scuff-resistant surface that furls smoothly, shrugs off UV and stands up to miles. Particularly suited to larger yachts and performance cruisers looking for easy power and predictable reefing behaviour.
